Cerebro has replaced Todoist, Notion, OneNote, and my standalone knowledge database. It manages tasks and larger initiatives, organizes notes and files, builds a searchable long-term knowledge base, conducts research, monitors ongoing responsibilities, and produces reports and other finished work—all while maintaining context across the system.

It is effectively a second brain built not just to store information, but to understand what matters, keep work moving, and take responsibilities off my plate.

Built a system for a national facilities maintenance company that finds and ranks qualified providers, then contacts them by phone, text, and email at the same time. First qualified yes gets the job.

It replaces hours of searching, calling, following up, and manual data entry with one connected workflow.

Built an assistant inside Microsoft Teams to support employees during a major platform transition.

Created automated reporting that tracks operational and financial signals, including work order flow and quote turnaround rebuilt from raw audit logs. It summarizes what changed and flags where attention is needed.
