Built an assistant inside Microsoft Teams to support employees during a major platform transition.
It answers questions from approved documentation, meets employees where they already work, and takes pressure off a small number of internal experts.
Created automated reporting that tracks operational and financial signals, including work order flow and quote turnaround rebuilt from raw audit logs. It summarizes what changed and flags where attention is needed.
